OVERVIEW

Prince Concepts had to carefully identify, blend and bake the raw ingredients of this “roomed” structure. Pictures of the building date back to 1929, it was home to a variety of uses - from a restaurant, bank, and stovetop wholesale shop. The bones of this building were strong, but the shape, awkward. Prince Concepts brought the building back to life by strategically opening up its floor-plan and installing new systems. The once dark building is penetrated by natural light while retaining the integrity and warmth of its original wood, brick and concrete structure. The Pie is now three large commercial spaces and is home to Prince Concepts, an advertising agency and a custom jewelry manufacturer & designer. The building was originally built around 1920, and was vacant and run-down when Prince Concepts purchased it. The buildings is named after its unique shape.
